As the Holiday Season approaches, we reflect on the previous year and our accomplishments, memories and events which influence next year’s direction and goals. At SAS Retail Services, 2019 is a year influenced by change. Change which began by the formation of a completely new company focused on bringing growth to retail via product movement. As we cross the threshold into 2020, we bring with us not only a new mission, but an important focus which will make 2020 our most important year yet: Our people.
We would not be who we are without our people. We are influenced, driven and led by the most experienced, friendly, competent and passionate people in the business, and we celebrate the diversity of their backgrounds and locations.
From the behind-the-scenes Field Merchandisers to the diligent Human Resource team, we are proud to call our people elite and professional. The culture they inspire is contagious. Each member is felt welcomed and supported. Voices are heard, ideas are implemented, and mobility is seen at every level. This is because we believe in our people and the amazing things they do every day.
Because of our people, we started the #possible culture program and launched it at our #possible Leadership Summit (click here to read more about the summit), as a way to bring the new direction of the company into effect. We remain Positive, Open-minded and we Support and Smile. We practice Integrity and perform the Best to our abilities. We are Leaders and we Empower others to know everything is #possible. Why it is such an immediate success is because so many already embrace and exercise this culture.
A true sense of motivation is felt from everyone, and each member is an asset to SAS Retail Services. The dedicated work ethics make SAS Retail Services valuable. Our people’s daily contributions are unmatched and appreciated beyond expression.
